Account Manager Merchandise - HUNTER VALLEY / SYDNEY BASIN

We are seeking to appoint a performance-driven, sales focused Account Manager,  to ensure our business continues to grow with rural retailers as well as commercial businesses and civil contractors. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager , your goal will be to market our entire range of agricultural products throughout the Hunter Valley/ Sydney Basin region.

As this role requires travel, you will have the ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, contribute to system and process improvement, and possess a team focus. You will be an active and cooperative team player and have a total commitment to customer service and innovation, approaching your work with passion and integrity.

Requirements

 The successful applicant will have:

• Proven sales experience working with dealers, end users growers/farmers and rural merchandisers
• The passion to provide superior service to our customers
• Demonstrated ability and aptitude to learn and retain specialized information
• Strong account management/Interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational, reporting & communication abilities
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Sound knowledge of agricultural/and/or hardware markets
• The discipline to work autonomously, and as part of a larger team
