Customer Service Officer

Our head Office, located in Dandenong South is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated customer focused person to join our friendly customer service team. We need a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to take a lead role in assisting members of the customer service team in responding to customer queries, particularly on machinery products.

Duties will include answering customer enquiries regarding, product features and applications, price and availability, while accurately and promptly processing customer orders.

Requirements

 The ideal candidate will have: 

• Mechanical or agricultural background
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
• A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task on a daily basis
• A professional phone manner
• An excellent eye to detail
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fantastic communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a multitude of customers
