Key Features
PUMP:
Silvan oil-backed diaphragm type with nitrile diaphragms and
corrosion resistant, cast aluminium body with brass headsand manifolds.
IDS 1701:161L/min. capacity, 5000kPa pressure.
FAN SIZE:
920mm axial flow type, 10 bladed fan with new curved
nylon reinforced blades, new centrifugal clutch for soft engagement /disengagement
and protective mesh cover.
NOZZLES:
Flip-over type for dilute/concentrate spraying. Ceramic jets,
stainless steel swirl-plates, 12 ASJ nozzles per side (16 withthe Radak conveyor).
GEARBOX:
2 speed with neutral position, oil-bath type.
CONTROLS:
Geoline electric section valves with master valve, electric pressure adjust
and wireless GeoAtom remote keypad.
MAIN TANK:
Polytuff impact resistant polyethylene construction with LED tank level indicator.
50mm camlock top & bottom fill.
FLUSH TANK:
135 litre polytuff tank with top fill. Used to flush pump, filter,
spray lines and nozzles.
HAND WASH TANK:
30 litre polytuff tank with top fill. Tap located next to chemical mixer tank drawer.
MIXER TANK
Chemical mixer drawer with tap controls for rinse, venturi
and main tank rinse. Venturi transfer into main tank.
FRAME:
Galvanized steel, heavy duty stand & adjustable drawbar.
AGITATION:
Pump bypass plus twin venturi agitators.
PRESSURE GAUGE:
Glycerine filled gauge located on valve bank.
FILTRATION:
Suction line filter, pressure filter, nozzle cup strainers.
WHEEL EQUIPMENT:
Glideflex axle with 15” implement tyres (speed rating 30km/h).
PTO DRIVESHAFT: Quality Bondioli & Pavesi constant velocity driveshaft with
quick release pins & safety cover.
HP REQUIRED:
Minimum 50 PTO HP
