Description
Next Generation Trailed 2 Row 4000 Litre G2 TGS Sprayer with
182L/min diaphragm pump and electric controls. This new G2 TGS
boasts a range of unique features including more efficient operation,
excellent OH&S features and sprays two rows in one pass.

Key Features
HEAD:
Multi row spraying head with air assist diffusers and twin spray nozzles.
Each air diffuser features swivel adjustment and air deflector.
Poly air tubes shaped to surround canopy. Left and right
arms have independant hydraulic fold with manual width and
height adjustment (2 sets of tractor remotes required)
PUMP:
Silvan oil-backed diaphragm type with nitrile diaphragms with
bass heads and manifolds.
IDS2001: 182L/min. capacity 5000kPa pressure.
FAN SIZE:
Nobili 500mm twin impellar turbine fan power consumed 40 kw (55HP)
NOZZLES:
10 hollow cone ASJ ceramic HCC nozzles per air tube with
individual metering on/off non-drip taps
GEARBOX:
2-speed with neutral position, oil-bath type
CONTROLS:
Geoline electric section valves with master valve,
electric pressure adjustment and in cab control box
MAIN TANK:
Polytuff impact resistant polyethylene construction with LED
tank level indicator and 50mm camlock top and bottom fill.
FLUSH TANK:
Polytuff tank with top fill.
Used to flush pump, filter, spray lines and outlets.
HAND WASH TANK:
Polytuff tank filled through cap. Tap located next to chemical
mixer tank drawer.
MIXER TANK:
Chemical mixer drawer with tap controls for rinse, venturi and
main tank rinse. Venturi transfer back to main tank.
FRAME:
Galvanised steel chassis, adjustable draw bar & heavy duty stand AGITATION:
Pump bypass and twin venturi agitators
PRESSURE GAUGE:
Glycerine filled gauge located on the valve bank
FILTRATION:
Suction line filter and pressure filter
WHEEL EQUIPMENT:
Tandem simplicity suspension with 11.5/80 x 15.3” tyres
PTO DRIVESHAFT:
Quality Bondioli & Pavesi constant velocity (wide angle)
